You are welcome to attend any yoga class whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, because each exercise may be practiced according to the unique capacity of each student. In any case, no exercise should ever cause pain or strain — otherwise, it is a clear sign that one is doing the exercise wrong.

The only exception is the advanced meditation program on Sundays. Please check with the teacher before coming for that program.

Evening yoga classes are followed by  deep relaxation and guided meditation.

Arranged courses — different times and levels are possible if requested by a group.  Private classes are available upon request

You are welcome to walk in or per session basis,  special price for 30 sessions, 13 sessions, other discounts available.

We offer  the best deal for group of 3 or more enrolling and for those who are re-enrolling!

Advanced meditation on Sunday evenings has no fee. All are requested to donate for the vegetarian dinner served afterward.

We guarantee excellent results from the course, or you can have your money back. Until now, everyone was fully satisfied, and we had over 2000 students.

When attending your first session

  • Wear loose-fitting shorts or slacks, and a t-shirt (changing-room available)
  • Do not eat anything at least 2 hours before the session starts (drinking fluids is fine, even just before session starts). If you are feeling very hungry, eating a little bit of juicy fruit at least 30 minutes before the session is also alright.
  • Come at least 20 minutes early so you can register and also read a handout about exercise rules and about how meditation works

We will be starting a living community of health-conscious, spiritually searching people, who are past their hectic, frenzied lives and in that stage of leisurely, peaceful and mindful living.

Yoga for the Ageless will be facilitated by our Senior Margi Jagat Prakash. He has been practicing tantra yoga for more than 35 years. He has been raising his family in the way of yoga.
